Customer Success Associate

You will be responsible for a proactive outreach experience that is unique to our customers in construction. To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals who can quickly understand both SiteMax and the environments in which our customers operate. You will be required to evaluate customer needs, clearly communicate with best practices analysis. You will also be responsible for cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships as well as expanding accounts, resulting in customers who become passionate advocates of our productivity tools.  All applicants must have at least 2 years experience in a customer success role (preferably in a SaaS environment) and although it is not necessary, it would be considered an asset to have a background in construction. This position is based in Vancouver, BC.
